Going to research of specificity and features of the national law and legal culture of the Eastern civilization it is necessary to note that the Eastern type of a civilization (east civilization) is historically the first type of the civilization which has formed to III millennium BC on the Ancient East: Ancient Japan, Ancient China, in Ancient India, Ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia.
Eastern civilization is a "human-human" civilization system, a model of worship of virtuous nature and the doctrine of man. It embodied the values of the "unity of mankind".
Indeed, the countries of Eastern civilization are still dominated by non-rational mechanisms of knowledge and development of the world. The Eastern system of law as a whole is based on an irrational perception of the world, and a person of this culture has always been alien to one-sided rationalization, and even more so, the economization of thinking as an extreme manifestation of it.
