Tactics of confrontation and the Person of the Accused

The article discusses the psychological relations of confrontation participants, as well as the tactical aspects of the preparation and production of this investigative action. It reveals the complex role of the investigator, aimed at improving the effectiveness of confrontation. Recommendations are given on changing the negative position of the accused in various situations. Some features of face-to-face production involving minors, as well as in Austria and Germany, are described.
