Digital transformation of the investment and construction sphere is one of the elements of the digital economy formation both in Russia and at the international level. The article substantiates the relevance of the digital transformation of investment and construction organizations and considers various tools for the implementation of this concept. As a result, the practical experience of spreading the concept of digital transformation is assessed, theoretical studies in this area are analyzed, and the advantages of the digital transformation of investment and construction organizations are identified
