Pre-trial agreement on cooperation in the aspect of the mechanism of active repentance

Active remorse is one of the institutions of criminal law. It can be expressed by general concepts, and special. A pre-trial cooperation agreement is a type of active remorse that reduces the punishment by actively assisting the investigation into the exposing of a person or a person who has committed a crime. The article provides an algorithm for concluding a pre-trial agreement on cooperation, considering a criminal case in court and the punishment itself, i.e. the actions of the accused, aimed at reducing the punishment in the aspect of active remorse.
