Problems of rational nature use in the process of ensuring the balanced development of the country

The article is devoted to the study of environmental management in the framework of ensuring the balanced development of the country. The author noted that today the problem of environmental protection and rational use of natural resources has grown into one of the most important global problems of our time. The foundation of human society depends on it. It is obvious that a solution is possible only if the efforts of the international community are combined, when environmental protection will become one of the most important functions of all countries without exception. The transition of the Russian economy to a model of balanced economic development on long-term principles requires not only improving the efficiency of production activities, but also rationalizing the use of natural resources and reducing the harmful effects on the environment. It is emphasized that the main problem lies in the fact that, despite all the efforts of world science, the country does not have ready-made models for the sustainable development of society, and economic activity is carried out at the expense of nature and future generations. The aggravation of the ecological crisis in the country and the threatening nature of the state of the environment, in particular atmospheric air, land, water, forest resources, requires a significant strengthening of the role of the state, its central management bodies in solving environmental problems in economic activity. In addition, the problem of rational balanced nature management is aggravated by a significant technogenic load on the Russian ecosystem and the state of environmental pollution, which, in turn, negatively affects the quality of life of the population.
