The use of hermeneutics in anti-corruption expertise in the context of protecting constitutional rights of citizens

corruption is one of the essential modern problems of public administration and the whole law. The task of the state is to guarantee the rights of citizens to the maximum degree. This requires clear legislation, so it makes sense to talk about language features and the style of regulatory legal acts and their drafts in the context of protecting the constitutional rights of citizens.
