Comparative analysis of the testamentary succession in France and Croatia

This article examines in detail the institution of testamentary succession in France and Croatia. It particularly analyzes the sources that regulate hereditary relations and define the concept, legal nature of the will and its forms. The article also explores testamentary dispositions, their types and features. The author pays special attention to the implementation of the principle of freedom of testation in France and Croatia and the conditions that limit this principle, emphasizing the features inherent in these two countries.
