Criminological theories and regulatory compliance in the face of the law

This article is devoted to the results of the research conducted by the authors in the field of criminology. Based on the survey, the authors investigated the possibilities of traditional theories in order to explain the pliability of people in the face of the current law. In this study, criminological theories were used: the theory of possibilities, the theory of control, the theory of subculture and the theory of differential associations. The authors studied not just the pliability of people in General, but the pliability of people United in various organizations in the face of the regulatory functioning of the laws adopted by the legislative bodies of the state. In particular, during the study, the authors interviewed the heads of various organizations. We received information that partially confirms the above theory in criminology. The results of studies have shown that the combination of legal opportunities for people to exist is the basis of their compliance with the law, but at the same time a significant impact on people has the presence of illegal opportunities for life. Persons whose source of livelihood is the activity within the legal commercial structures.
