State policy and incomes of the population of the Kyrgyz Republic at the present stage

The article deals with the state policy of income of the population. The definition of income, income and public policy, which has four important areas: the formation, distribution, redistribution and use of income. The main problems and opportunities of development in the field of state revenue policy are identified. The main social tasks aimed at increasing the income of the population of poor citizens are given. Statistical indicators of nominal monetary incomes of the population, as well as real incomes of the population for 2017 and 2018 are considered. Specific measures of direct and indirect income regulation, the implementation of steps that can have a positive effect in the field of public income policy are given.
