Legal status of the Federal bailiffs service

This article is devoted to the problem of modern understanding of the legal status of the Federal Bailiffs Service. In order to thoroughly analyze the Federal Bailiffs Service's performance, it will be necessary to research into theoretical, legal and organizational aspects of its operation in the executive field in Russia. The author is sure that making the Federal Bailiffs Service a law enforcement agency is a step forward to enhancing its prestige and authority, as well as offering new opportunities and legal guarantees to its employees.
