Analysis of modern approaches to the formation management systems of municipal budget flow

The article examines the interpretation of the concept of "municipal budgets" in the domestic and foreign scientific literature. The author defines the general aspects and features of differences of these concepts both in theory and at the practical level, author's definitions are given. Measures were proposed to improve the resource provision of territories in the context of the relationship and interdependence of the system of local finance and budgets.
