the expansion of the use of information technology in the courts allows to increase the efficiency of solving the tasks assigned to legal proceedings and to ensure the actual availability of judicial protection as a way of protecting violated or disputed rights. At the same time, the introduction of information technologies in the activities of courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts is proceeding faster than the theoretical justification and regulatory regulation of newly introduced technologies. Studying the problems of using information technologies in legal proceedings allows us to identify the structure of information technologies used in the courts, as well as to identify their impact on the practical implementation of the principles of justice. The development of information technology has a significant impact on the activities of the courts of the Russian Federation. Their practical implementation and application can significantly increase the efficiency of legal proceedings, however, it raises a logical question about the impact of the development of information technology on the implementation of certain principles of civil proceedings.
