Actual problems of realization of the right of citizens of the Russian Federation to environmental information

The article examines the state of normative legal regulation of the right of citizens of the Russian Federation to obtain information about the state of the environment of importance to ensure the quality of life that meets the requirements of today, are characterized by a modern model of introduction of standards of providing of the ecological information on the basis of studying the experience of the ratification of the Aarhus Convention of 1998, suggests organizational and legal measures aimed at protecting the rights of citizens to receive information from the environment.
