Problems of improving criminal legislation in the field of nature protection

The article presents the author's point of view on the formation of the legal basis of criminal policy in the field of nature conservation. The most acute criminal-legal problems have been singled out, a number of questions of efficiency of application of norms about responsibility for ecological crimes have been revealed, key moments of law-enforcement practice on examples of law-enforcement practice have been illustrated, ways of their legislative decision have been offered.
