The purpose of the study is to analyze digital talent management technologies that can be adapted to the conditions of different companies. In modern conditions, the role of HR management goes to the highest level. At the same time, the development of technologies such as automation, predictive Analytics and artificial intelligence are transforming human resources management. One of the innovative technologies in the personnel management system is the mechanism of "talent management", which provides for the use of a number of tools aimed at attracting and further development of talented employees. For this purpose, pools of "talent" are formed in some companies, while in others entire divisions of talented personnel are allocated. However, wherever this technology is applicable, a set of specific tools is used, including elements of motivation, recruitment and development of employees, which are also modernized under the influence of the development of innovations in the country. The article discusses several innovative areas of talent management technologies that can be adapted to the conditions of different companies.
