The concept of the mechanism of the crime, its relation to the subject of the evidence and the delicti in cases of fires

The article considers the content of the main scientific categories in criminal law, criminal procedure, criminalistics - the composition of the crime, the subject and limits of proof, the mechanism of the crime. The information model of the fire consisting of the fire center, combustible medium, ignition source, ways of fire propagation, evacuation, detection system, extinguishing, and fire resistance is given. On this basis, the typical mechanisms of crimes related to fires and arson as a way of committing a crime are given - intentional homicide in a generally dangerous way, intentional destruction of other people’s property, violation of fire safety requirements. Proceeding from the dual nature of evidence - procedural and information, the model of the investigator in the investigation of crimes, taking into account the main scientific categories of criminal law sciences, process, and criminology is given.
