The article deals with topical issues related to the creation and improvement of the legal framework affecting the development of Sino-Russian cross-border e-commerce against the background of the One Belt and One Way concept. Particular attention was paid to the need to comply with and implement at national level each country the rules of international law and world standards. The perspective directions of development of the regulatory framework of Russia and China are also outlined.
