The article discusses the role and importance of Russia in the formation of a single transport space in the EAEU. Special attention is paid to the participation and contribution of the Russian Federation in the political, economic and infrastructural aspects. The active position of the Russian Federation in conjunction with the Eurasian Economic Union and the Silk Road Economic Belt project is also indicated.
