Criticism of certain provisions on judicial reconciliation

Baranov Gennady Alexandrovich  (Deputy Chairman of the Berezniki city court of Perm Krai, Berezniki)

Federal law of 26.07.2019 N 197-FZ "on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation" includes the Institute of "judicial reconciliation" in the Civil procedure code of the Russian Federation. The article presents proposals aimed at improving the effectiveness of law enforcement of this institution.
