As you know, the principles of law reveals moral foundations in the spiritual and moral life of Russian society. As all law is a product of moral development, the principles of law are the most moral foundations on which the entire legal life of society is based. It is the principles of law, which possess not only a high legal regulatory, but, first of all, moral potential, which do not allow the immoral, antisocial attitudes to prevail in both law-making and law enforcement activities. And this is very important for the establishment of a fair and merciful justice system.
