Work experience as the most important institution of pension provision for citizens of the Russian Federation

the article is devoted to the Institute of work experience in Russia. The paper considers the current state and prospects for the development of work experience in Russia. The problems of legislation regulating this problem and law enforcement practice of this process are noted, and weaknesses of legislative norms in this area are identified. The work reveals the problems of applying the length of service in some republics of the former USSR and the problems of their interaction in the accounting of pension rights of citizens. The article also contains possible solutions to these problems.
