The principle of territoriality in the context of applying the doctrine of limited (functional) immunity of a foreign state

The article deals with issues related to the requirement that a dispute to which a foreign state is a party is connected with the territory of the court state. The analysis of foreign legislation and judicial practice is carried out in order to identify approaches to the problem under consideration that have developed in the world practice.
