Actual problems of realization of private and public interests at the beginning of investigation in the criminal procedure of the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the positions of process scientists, as well as the provisions of the criminal procedure legislation on the ratio of private and public interests in criminal procedure law in relation to the stage of initiation of a criminal case. The author provides concrete examples from officially unpublished investigative and prosecutorial practice to support his arguments.
