Understanding of «intuitive law» in the philosophical and legal works of N.N. Alekseeva

The article is devoted to the study of the idea of intuitive law in the works of N.N. Alekseevich and its influence on public perception of law, as well as its stability as a system. The author examines the irrational components of law and their influence on the understanding of the essence of law by the individual and society as a whole, and raises the question of the influence of the individual on the formation of law by means of the emotional and volitional components of his legal consciousness.
