The article deals with the specifics of the agreement on actual circumstances as the result of judicial reconciliation, its content and enforceability. The research methodology consists of comparative, formal-legal, analytical methods, and a systematic approach. The findings of the study can be used in law enforcement practice, as well as in the educational process.
