On typical initial investigative situations in the investigation of fires

In the article the question that the fire is not only a form of physical-chemical combustion, but also a kind of legal fact, the events occurring apart from the will of the people and is depending on the consequences or the means of committing a criminal offence, an administrative offence or civil delict. Accordingly, the typical initial investigative situations on cases involving fires, and how the procedural activities of the investigator in each initial investigative situation on the fire are determined; and the procedure in those cases where the initial investigative situation is the result of accumulation of information acquired characteristics of the different investigative situations associated with either a criminal offense or administrative violation is presented.
