Issues of law regulation of family buisness in Russian Federation

the article deals with topical issues of organizing and running a family business from the point of view of legislation. The article examines family entrepreneurship, its significance in the Russian business system, determines the characteristics of its conduct and legal status. The paper contains an analysis of the current state of family entrepreneurship in Russia. The authors identify the problems that entrepreneurs who organize their business within the family may face. Solutions to these problems are offered.
