System for a comprehensive study of trends and risks in the development of the chemical industry in Russia

The article proposes a system for a comprehensive study of trends and risks in the development of the chemical industry in Russia, which includes five stages that cover the macro-, meso- and micro-levels of the industry, allow characterizing the sectoral, regional and corporate features of the development of the chemical industry, are based on statistical information, sectoral experience of assessment development risks of the chemical industry, information from rating agencies and information and analytical systems. The proposed system has been tested on materials from the chemical industry of Russia and, in particular, the North Caucasian Federal District (hereinafter - the NCFD) and the Stavropol Territory.
