The article discusses the possibility of forming various criteria for assessing the competitiveness of management companies in the field of housing and communal services. Proposing possible economic and marketing criteria for assessing the competitiveness of management companies, the author suggests that in order for the use of these criteria and indicators to become possible in practice, it is necessary that the level of qualifications of employees of management companies correspond to existing professional standards, which would contribute to increasing their competence. For this, the article proposes personnel criteria for assessing the competitiveness of management companies.
