the first part of the article is devoted to the theoretical and legal aspects of the application of antitrust compliance in the fight against cartel agreements. The author of the article reveals the essence of antimonopoly compliance, and also provides an interpretation of the concept of "cartel" in the understanding of various domestic researchers. The article considers the current statistics of cartel collusions revealed by the FAS, including those revealed during the bidding process.
