Right of access to a court in case of party`s insolvency of arbitration agreement

In this article was analyzed issues of co-relation insolvency and arbitration. While survey was analyzed laws and doctrine of different jurisdiction, including Russian public order. The key to understand the co-relation is the border between public and private law. Moreover, matters right of access to a court in context of party`s insolvency of arbitration agreement.
