Proforientation work with pupils as a direction of strategic personnel management

This article continues the cycle of scientific works on assessing the effectiveness of vocational guidance activities. The article discusses vocational guidance work with schoolchildren as motivation for entrepreneurial activity and the direction of strategic personnel management. The effectiveness of project activities in vocational guidance work with schoolchildren was also revealed. Brief results and analysis of the monitoring carried out to assess the readiness of high school students in the future to engage in their own business are presented. It is concluded that it is necessary to consider the laws affecting the education sector, in particular, the growth in the value of creative, non-algorithmized activity and the demand for specialists who are able to act this way.
