Pros and cons of reforming state supervisory authorities (on the example of the Rosselkhoznadzor territorial administration in the Vladimir, Ivanovo, Kostroma regions)

The article deals with topical issues of reforming and implementing a risk-based approach in the context of digitalization of supervisory activities carried out by the Rosselkhoznadzor. The analysis of the reasonableness of assigning organizations to a certain risk category is given. Proposals are being made to improve the legislative framework regulating the activities of federal state supervision in the field of circulation of medicines for veterinary use.
