The using video conferencing in the investigation of criminal cases

The article deals with the problems of using videoconferencing in the investigation of criminal cases. The authors stress the importance of using videoconferencing in the investigation of criminal cases. This conclusion is based on the analysis of statistics and scientific approaches. The need for the legal regulation of using videoconferencing in the investigation of criminal cases is stressed.
