Educational services: concept, types, features

The article is devoted to the consideration of the essence of education and educational services, as well as the features of the legal regulation of relations that develop in the provision of educational services. It is established that the right to education is, first of all, a right guaranteed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which gives education and educational services a special specificity, which is expressed, first of all, in a combination of public and private principles in their implementation, and also characterizes education as a socially significant phenomenon that acts as a guarantee of ensuring public and private interests. This feature determines the characteristics of educational services, namely: public and social nature, uniqueness of the result, analysis of the quality of educational services by checking the knowledge of students and, in some cases, the technical possibility of providing and receiving educational services.
