Modeling the structure and content of a public-private partnership mechanism for the development of entrepreneurial activities based on institutional matrices

The article is devoted to modeling the structure and content of the mechanism of public-private partnership for the development of entrepreneurial activity on the basis of institutional matrices. The study found that the main directions of public-private partnership for the development of entrepreneurial activity are: implementation of a unified state socio-economic policy; ecological and economic development of territories; development and implementation of infrastructure projects; digitalization of social and economic relations. In addition, it is emphasized that the structure of the mechanism of public-private partnership for the development of entrepreneurial activity appears as a set of elements functioning among themselves on the basis of a system of relationships and regulations in order to achieve the set goals and objectives. This made it possible to substantiate that the basis of the “single” organizational and economic mechanism of public-private partnership for the development of entrepreneurial activity can be the following “dominant-complementary” mechanisms: financial, informational, institutional. In turn, the compilation of institutional matrices and the interpretation of the results in the plane of research problems allowed us to come to the conclusion that, within the framework of each separately taken mechanism of public-private partnership, it is advisable to single out at least the following blocks: theoretical (object, subject, postulates, principles, etc.) .d.); methodical (techniques, tools, etc.); functional (algorithms, models, etc.); practical (clear directions for the implementation of the mechanism).
