Some problems of the implementation of the renunciation of inheritance

The article deals with the issues of the rejection of inheritance by heirs according to the latest Russian legislation. The authors address the issues and focus on the immutability and irrevocability of disinheritance. Problems related to invalid transactions are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the protection of the rights of minors when they refuse inheritance. Suggestions are made on how to solve problems during the execution of this transaction. In conclusion, it is concluded that it is necessary to resolve the problems associated with the institution of rejection of inheritance as soon as possible.
