this article discusses the features of the moral content of the election of the prohibition of certain actions on crimes in the field of entrepreneurial and other economic activities. The law enforcement practice of the internal affairs bodies on the election of a ban on certain actions in criminal cases of this category is analyzed. The necessity of creating a preferential regime when electing this measure of procedural coercion of representatives of the business community is questioned.
