Features of the development of higher education services: the paradigm of open deterministic competition

The article presents the results of a study aimed at identifying the features of the development of higher education services in Russia at the present stage. Reasoning about the need to find ways to increase the competitiveness of educational organizations allows us to draw conclusions about the presence of a specific type of competition on the market – open deterministic competition. In the article, the author gives a description of the claimed paradigm.
