The right to health care is an inalienable right of every citizen from birth. Guarantees for the protection of human health are enshrined at the highest constitutional level. The article makes a delimitation of the concepts of "protection" and "protection" of health, the system of bodies providing health protection, the system of regulatory legal acts regulating health protection issues are named. Comparative-legal, system-analytical and other methods of studying the current legislation in the field of health care made it possible to identify administrative-legal measures and activities aimed at protecting health. In conclusion, the author's concept of "administrative and legal measures to protect health" is given, and other conclusions corresponding to the study are made.
