It is difficult to overestimate the role of local budgets in solving national tasks aimed at improving the quality of life of the population. It is the local budget that is as close as possible to the real needs and demands of society, the qualitative satisfaction of which gives positive and effective feedback to residents of municipalities. The basic and unconditional priorities of the budget policy of any municipality are the principles of maintaining budgetary stability in the conditions of the potential of the economy and really available financial resources.
