Theoretical foundations of the organizational and economic mechanism of labor market regulation at the state and regional level

In order to determine a single vector of state influence on the labor market, it is considered appropriate to investigate the issue of defining the concept of state regulation, which is currently insufficiently developed and requires taking into account the conditions of the present. Тhe article discusses the general aspects of the organizational and economic mechanism of labor market regulation. The concept of labor market regulation is presented. The main legislative acts that contain norms regulating labor processes in the state and the region are considered. Moscow acted as an example of regional regulation of the labor market. The problems of labor market regulation are highlighted, as well as the main measures to eliminate these problems are presented.
