Trends in the development of public-private partnerships in the oil and gas industry

The oil and gas complex (OGC) is the basis of our country's energy supply and one of its most important sectors of the economy. The oil and gas industry is one of the main driving forces of the country's economic development, a real "locomotive" of its economic growth due to the generation of significant so-called multiplier effects from capital and operating costs as a result of the implementation of oil and gas projects. Efficient, competitive oil and gas companies, as well as the industry management system on the part of the state, form the basis for the development of oil and gas companies. We are talking about the task of providing the state with the necessary room for oil and gas companies to maneuver, depending on the rapidly changing general economic situation, the state of the world commodity and investment markets. Ensuring the competitiveness of the products of the oil and gas industry in the domestic and foreign commodity markets, as well as the competitiveness of the entire oil and gas industry and its business entities is implemented on the basis of interaction with the state.
