Public hearings on the federal portal of public services: organizational and legal aspect

The article considers the transformation of forms of participation of the population in the implementation of local self-government on the example of public hearings, including those associated with the introduction of restrictive measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic. An analysis of the organizational and regulatory legal support for the use of the federal portal of public services as a platform for organizing and conducting public hearings in an online format is presented. The advantages and risks of using this portal are indicated.
