The current state of the domestic economy is characterized by significant imbalances which have a connection with globalization processes. Strengthening competition both in the domestic and foreign markets ensures a faster development of the business environment, as well as modernization, improvement of technologies and business processes. We should note in this context that industrial enterprises face the problem of choosing the optimal set of competitive tools, among which one of the most effective is marketing.
