Identification of investment risks and their management with the help of geoinformation systems

The article considers the main capabilities of geographic information systems (GIS) in identifying the risks of distortion of information when making decisions about the placement of facilities in remote areas, which is especially relevant for the Far East and the Arctic in order to reduce uncertainty. An approach to the Decision Support System (DSS) is proposed to prevent the distortion of information when making decisions to participate in the project and in the process of project implementation to reduce the risk of fraud.
