Criminal law problems in the fight against extremism and terrorism

The presented scientific work reveals the current, to date, topics devoted to the study of the most pressing criminal law problems related to the fight against extremism and terrorism. The author draws attention to the analysis of modern legislation, as well as the scientific works of the most prominent jurists in this field. At the same time, this article reveals the actual problems associated with the fight against the commission of terrorist and extremist crimes. Among other things, the author forms certain ways of solving and overcoming these problems and as a consequence of the development of domestic criminal law legislation.
