The article discusses in detail the features of the formation of the activities of a single energy market. A comparative analysis of the current regulatory framework of the Common Energy Market in the EU countries, the level of electricity prices in the EU countries, etc. is carried out. In conclusion, the article draws conclusions on the development of the energy market in the field of renewable resources in Azerbaijan.
