National projects under the conditions of sanctions and transformation of the financial market

The most important challenges for the Russian economy at the current stage of development, characterized by increased sanctions from the US and the EU, the transformation of the financial market, have become threats coming from outside. In response, Russia must increase its independence, as well as its economic potential, for which the country is implementing national projects in the areas of food, economics, energy, information technology and science. The possibilities of Russia under the influence of sanctions to gain technological sovereignty are considered.
