Analysis of the consequences of introducing external management of foreign companies through the prism of the draft law «On external management of an organisation»

The article explores one of the possible tools to counter economic sanctions against Russia. The author analyzes the outcomes of foreign companies external management through the prism of the new bill "On the external administration of the management of the organization". The draft law considers as objects of economic administration those companies which have decided to withdraw from the Russian market without obvious economic reasons, relying only on anti-Russian sentiments in Europe and the United States, with their activities having a significant impact on the stability of the Russian economy. In the course of the analysis of the introduced federal law project both positive and negative sides are marked out, economic, legal and scientific estimations of consequences of introduction of external management are given, the question of correlation of such legal institutes as «nationalization» and «external management» is raised.
